Educational Qualification:
Assistant Manager (General): Postgraduate Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in any discipline.
Assistant Manager (Technical): B.E./B.Tech in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Technology Management or Biotechnology.
Assistant Manager (Finance): Graduation in Commerce with 3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting OR Graduation in any discipline with CA Intermediate/ICMA Intermediate qualification and 3 years of relevant experience.
Assistant Manager (Engineering – Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Assistant Manager (Engineering – Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Assistant Manager (Engineering – Mechanical): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Junior Executive (General): Graduation in any discipline with working knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.
Junior Executive (Technical): B.Sc. in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science or other specified related disciplines, with working knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.

Salary:
Assistant Manager: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month (IDA).
Junior Executive: ₹29,000 – ₹93,000 per month (IDA).
Additional allowances and benefits are applicable as per CWC rules.
